1) We do not allow pets?
We only allow service animals.

2) Are there any smoking rooms?
Our hotel is 100% smoke free. We do have a smoking area for your convenience.

3) What methods of payment do you accept to reserve a room? 
We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do accept cash. However, we will need a valid credit card on file for incidentals.

4) Can someone else pay for my room before I get there?
We charge when you arrive. If the person paying for the room is not with you we can email a credit card authorization form for them to fill out before your stay to ensure a quick and easy check in. Restrictions apply.

5) Do you charge a deposit?
Yes, we charge a deposit for cash customers. However, we do pre-authorize credit cards before check in to ensure a valid card for last minute cancellations and no shows. This pre-authorization places a hold on your account that your bank will release 3-5 business days after check out.

6) Can you cancel my reservation without my approval?
In most cases, we do not cancel reservations without guest approval. However, in the instance a reservation is held with an invalid card we will contact the guest for a replacement. If one is not given we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

7) Do I have to pay to park?
Parking is free at our hotel.

8) What are the pool hours?
Our indoor, heated pool is open Sunday to Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM and Friday to Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM. We provide pool towels and lounging areas in our pool room.

9) What are the gym hours?
Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM to 10 PM.
